Catrine House Farm Shop and Cafe

Located in picturesque, open countryside on the popular River Ayr Walk, Catrine House is a welcoming and cosy Scandinavian style log building housing a new purpose built coffee shop, ice cream parlour & farm shop.

Bring the whole family along and let the children run around outside in the large grass field play area while you relax and try a delicious sundae or cone. Choose from a range of tempting home made cakes with a cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee, or if itís a little chilly, try a bowl of hearty home made soup with a freshly made toasted sandwich, wrap or panini.

Much of the produce used in the menu and on sale in the farm shop is locally produced and some of it produce on the Catrine House farm.

Catrine House award winning, traditional ice cream is made using fresh milk and cream from their own prize winning herd of pedigree Ayrshire cows and fresh Scottish free-range eggs. Also available are fruit sorbets made in the classic French way using fresh fruit, sourced locally when in season.

Catrine House is conveniently located on the main A76 Kilmarnock to Dumfries road, 2 miles from Mauchline by the turn off to the B713 to Catrine Village.
